Processing Time
All orders are handmade, customized, or packaged with extra care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Custom or pre-order items may take slightly longer, and you’ll always be notified if that’s the case.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your package is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
After a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Dolly Lucifer is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you locate your order or file a claim if needed.
