We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll review your claim and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
Custom & Handmade Items
Each piece is unique and may vary slightly from product photos — this is part of what makes every Dolly Lucifer creation one of a kind.
Custom and handmade items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once your order is in production or transit, it cannot be canceled.
