Each piece is unique and may have small variations — that’s what makes it one of a kind.
🚚 How long does shipping take?Processing time is usually 3–7 business days before your order ships.
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.
Custom pieces may take a little longer — beauty takes time, babe.
✨ Do you accept returns or exchanges?All sales are final due to the personal-use nature of our smoking accessories.
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number — we’ll review it for a possible replacement or store credit.
🦋 What if my package is lost or delayed?Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
If your order is delayed or marked as lost, please contact the carrier directly.
